In our current world, many of us find that we feel lost, empty or starkly disconnected in our lives: 

whether in our work, in our bodies and/or in our relationships. There is also a growing awareness of and concern about our health that's developing in an entirely unprecedented way. 

Navigating the landscape of Health has never been more complex than it seems to be today. Between a medical industry that repeatedly fails to address chronic health symptoms and a lack of clear, user friendly information regarding best practices - paired with a never before seen level of fear in this world around health and disease as we move through a third year in a Pandemic, there is an enormous desire for guidance, education, literacy and just plain advocacy in the realm of health and healing. And it is so wildly justifiably so. 

In addition to an endless myriad of health concerns, some of us are also struggling with the HOW of implementing health behavior changes we already know we would benefit hugely from adopting - making these kinds of changes is it's own area of work altogether. Practitioners, doctors and medical professionals across the board often fail to recognize this, setting themselves and patients up for mutual and avoidable failure. 

We need each other. We cannot do things alone. Nothing in this world is happening in isolation. We are a we. And we exist relationally. Making behavioral changes is something that happens within the witness, reflection and accountability of another.

Curiosity replaces fear. 'I, alone' becomes 'we, together'.
